Ingredients
Method
- Cook the meatballs according to the package instructions. Set aside.
- 1 lb frozen beef meatballs
- To a large dutch oven add the broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and salt & pepper- to taste. Stir everything together until evenly combined.
- 2 cups beef broth,2 cups milk,1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce,salt & pepper
- Bring the mixture to a rolling boil then stir in the noodles. Reduce to a simmer and stir often until the pasta's cooked and the sauce has been absorbed until it just coats the noodles, about 8 minutes.
- 4 cups egg noodles
- Add the meatballs and Parmesan cheese to the pasta, stirring until evenly combined and the cheese has melted.
- 3/4 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Serve warm topped with fresh parsley, if desired.
- chopped fresh parsley
Notes
- Don't use skim milk. The sauce will be too thin.
- You can't stir this dish too much! Make sure to stir often while the pasta cooks.
- Make sure you are using beef meatballs. While you could use chicken or turkey meatballs, they won't give you that Swedish meatball taste.
